This week Eleanor is going to show you hw to make and bake your own scones.
Remember to wash your hands before making the scones and always be careful when using hot ovens.
What you’ll need to make these delicious, fluffy scones!
250g self raising flour
50g sugar
50g butter
100ml milk
1 Egg
Oven at 180c (Gas mark 4)
