With this weeks challenge we would like to promote mindfulness activities that everyone can do from their home by creating a minibook of ideas. Feel free to share your mini books and favourite mindfulness tips and activities with us in the comments section.
You can share pictures of your mini book, filled with for example positive and inspirational quotes, with us via our email inspire@discoverysvs.org (preferably no faces in the picture) but please consult your parent/carer about this before sending us anything.
